local culture and experience Venice through the eyes of a local and not just a tourist. Chef Gemin has created several customized experiences for his guests so that travelers from around the world can discover
the authentic soul of Venice

Try some popular Venetian Cicchetti (Venetian Snacks) with Wine Pairings
- Sparkling White Wine paired with a plate of two Venetian style codfish and veggie meatballs.
- Dry White Wine paired with a plate of mixed deep-fried seasonal vegetables.
- Young and delicate Red Wine paired with a selection of two different cheeses.
- Full-bodied Red Wine paired with Parmesan Risotto.
- Homemade breadsticks homemade will also be served with food and wine.
If guests like the idea and are still hungry, the wine and appetizers tasting can transition into a dinner - extra Set Menu includes (after the Risotto)

HANDS-ON COOKING CLASS:
Minimum for 2 participants/ Maximum 4 participants. Price per person 125€ – Time/Duration: 6.00pm - 10.00pm — 4h
You will prepare 4 dishes together with Chef including starter, first course, main corse, and dessert.
- Starter: Mix fish platter with 1 Gratin scallop from the Venetian Lagoon, 1 octopus tentacle fried in a pan, fried silversides (anguee), turbot mayonnaise.
- First course: Linguine with local mussels in fresh tomato sauce.
- Main course: Orange-flavored golden cephalon filet with sautéed broccoli or fresh mixed salad and seeds.
- Dessert: Chestnut jam and Marsala zabaione.

COOKING CLASS - PREPARING AN ITALIAN LUNCH (fresh pasta making):

Who doesn't love some Pasta?! You will learn the art of fresh-pasta (tagliatelle) making “from dough to belly” ... and the secret of how to make an excellent tomato sauce.
