Our private water taxi service caters to travelers seeking both convenience and a touch of Venetian charm. Departing from your hotel's private pier or the nearest accessible dock, our water taxi drivers ensure a smooth and punctual ride to Marco Polo Airport. To help ensure seamless connections, we'll arrive to collect you three hours before your flight departure time.

Our Water-Taxis always take the shortest route but we also offer the option to extend your journey with a luxurious cruise along the mesmerizing Grand Canal for an additional fee. The choice is yours: speed and efficiency or a bit more sightseeing time in our beautiful city!

Venice is a city molded by water, subject to high/low tides. In the event of such tidal phenomena, the water taxi might require a bit of extra time to ensure a safe and comfortable journey. As a result, we always encourage guests to allow ample pick-up time, especially when heading to the airport, cruise terminal, or train station.

An extra fee is to be paid for arrival and departure between 9:00PM and 7:00AM 

Good to know:

• The maximum capacity of our water taxis is 8 people and 8 pieces of luggage. For parties of over 8, further water taxi must be booked.
• Luggage Allowance: Each passenger is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase

• Luggage: Each passenger may bring one suitcase and one carry-on. In case of additional pieces or particularly large luggage (such as luggage over 23 kg, sports equipment, or golf clubs), a surcharge may apply, to be paid directly on-site. Please inform us of any special requirements at the time of booking.

• Surcharges will apply for multiple pick-ups

Some Hotels in Venice are ABSOLUTELY not reachable directly by the Water-Taxi, either because they do not have a private Water-Door, or nearby Pier, for the Taxi to dock, or because they are located in really small canals inside the island that are not navigable by the Water-Taxi; Other Hotels are located in areas called Secluded Waterways Zone where the Water-Taxi can navigate only with the right conditions of tide and weather.  If, on the day of the transfer, there is bad weather, low / high tides, etc, and the Water Taxi cannot reach the Hotel, the drop-off will be at the nearest accessible dock and you will not pay the extra-fee.

Booking Fees: Please note that all reservations are subject to a 1.5% booking fee. This 1.5% Booking Fee, along with a 2.5% admin fee (4% in total), is never refundable..
